📦 ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Once you place an order, we’ll need some time to get it ready to ship.

Processing Time:

  • Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.
  • During busy times (like holidays, Black Friday, or Cyber Monday), please allow up to 5 business days due to higher order volume.
  • Orders placed after 12:30 PM Central Time will begin processing the next business day.
  • We ship Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
  • Severe weather may occasionally delay processing.

LOCAL SHIPPING (Los Angeles Area Only) -

  • Shipping Cost: FREE
  • Shipping Method: Standard (2-5 business days)
  • Carriers: DHL, USPS, UPS, FedEx
  • We offer free local delivery within the Los Angeles area. Just mention your delivery address in the comments at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Yes, we ship worldwide!

  • Customers are responsible for international shipping fees, for international orders or deliveries outside of the Los Angeles area, shipping costs can be up to $25, depending on your location and the shipping method selected.
  • Rates and timelines will be shown at checkout.

🏠 LOCAL PICKUP & DELIVERY

We offer local pickup or delivery!
To use this option:

  • When placing your order, just leave a note in the comments section with your local pickup or delivery address.
  • We’ll contact you to arrange a convenient time.

🔁 RETURNS, CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Shipping:
Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. All orders must include a valid street address for delivery.
